Key Responsibilities

- Manage transport compliance records, including driver licences, medicals, inductions, competencies, and training.
- Maintain accurate driver, vehicle, trailer, and equipment records within Bustle.
- Monitor compliance alerts, expiries, permits, and registrations.
- Prepare transport documentation, permits, consignment notes, manifests, and job paperwork.
- Coordinate oversized and overmass permit applications and route approvals.
- Assist with bridge supervision coordination, including scheduling, documentation, and permit compliance.
- Support Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and Heavy Vehicle compliance requirements.
- Maintain transport and compliance registers and prepare for internal and external audits.
- Record and monitor incidents, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Produce weekly and monthly compliance and operational reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Transport Supervisor.
- Liaise with drivers, customers, regulatory authorities, and external service providers.
- Ensure all transport records and documentation are accurate, current, and securely maintained.
- Identify opportunities to improve transport administration and compliance processes.





About You

- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or heavy haulage administration.
- Sound understanding of Heavy Vehicle legislation and Chain of Responsibility (desirable).
- Experience using Bustle or a similar Transport Management System.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience coordinating oversized and overmass transport.
- Knowledge of permit applications and bridge supervision requirements.
- Experience preparing for compliance audits.
- Current driver's licence.
