Flexible/hybrid options are available, subject to agreement with the Hiring Manager.
Generally, an office presence is expected 2-3 days per week.
Seeking skilled AI Agent, Copilot, and Test Managers to drive digital innovation, data quality, and AI capability within a flexible, hybrid team environment.
An AI Agent developer designs, builds, deploys and maintains AI-powered applications, agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services and Azure AI Foundry.
The role combines software development, cloud engineering, AI model integration and responsible AI practices to deliver secure, scalable and business-focused AI solutions.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
1. Digital Enablement & Agent Configuration
2. Configure and deploy Foundry agents tailored to business needs, including summarisation, document drafting, and decision support.
3. Integrate Foundry with enterprise data sources (e.g. SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) to extend its knowledge base
4. Maintain and iterate agent prompts, workflows, and templates to improve relevance and usability.
5. Support onboarding, training, and communication activities aligned with the Copilot Change and Communication Plan
6. Assist in developing learning assets and user guides for Copilot features and agent use.
7. Develop code specific to AI languages
8. Ensure agent configurations comply with privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
9. Contribute to architectural reviews and transition-to-service planning

Support perks realisation and risk reporting engines
11. Conduct surveys and usage evaluations to inform future iterations
12. Benchmark agent performance against DTA standards for productivity and quality
13. Provide feedback to improve cross-app functionality and insight generation
Essential criteria
1. Demonstrated proficiency in configuring AI tools with Microsoft Foundry and understands their impact on our systems.
2. The extent to which the candidate tailor's agents to meet user needs and improve service outcomes.
3. The extent to which the candidate integrates agents with enterprise systems and ensures secure, scalable performance.
4. Candidate supports change management and adoption strategies for generative AI tools.
Qualifications/Experience
1. Relevant qualifications such as degree in computer science.
2. Certifications in Azure related skills.
3. Relevant experience in Foundry/Azure administration
4. Demonstrated ability to configure Agents securely and safely.
5. Practical experience with generative AI models and prompt engineering for enterprise applications.
6. Demonstrated expertise in integrating AI solutions with cloud infrastructure.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in digital environments.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including experience delivering user training or workshops.
9. Knowledge of best practices in ethical AI deployment and a proactive approach to addressing bias and fairness.
