This role is Executive Assistant to Mark, Founder of ASC Industries. He has multiple businesses, projects, deals and ideas running at once. He’s an entrepreneur through and through.

He is great at:

- Coming up with current ideas
- Problem solving




- Removing barriers/bottle necks
- Mentoring, sharing advice and connecting people
- Leading (not managing)
- Having fun

He is terrible at:

- Highly detailed & repetitive work
- Admin work like reviewing contracts, editing written work, reconciling etc.
- Menial tasks that can be delegated
- While he is a great starter , he is a terrible finisher - he gets distracted by the next thing
- He can be impulsive and fall off-track
- People management (great leader)

You can see where his gaps are. He needs someone stable, consistent, reliable & trustworthy. Trust is probably the #1 thing for Mark, and once it’s gone, it's gone.

He is currently using the EOS framework for strategy & weekly traction towards achieving his business goals, and you will be brought along on that journey. You will be a key part of ensuring Mark, the team & the business stays on track to achieving their strategy and people are held accountable for their outcomes.

He needs someone smart, decisive and resilient. Mark moves quickly, communicates directly and doesn't want a yes-person - if you think he's about to make the wrong call, he wants you to have enough confidence and commercial judgement to challenge him.

There is so much potential in this role - Mark doesn't want you to be his EA forever. He wants to teach the right person how his businesses operate, give them increasing responsibility and potentially have them running a division or one of his companies in the future.

The role is based primarily in Canning Vale, Perth, with regular interstate travel and potentially some international travel. You’ll also need a car license.
