About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to take sole responsibility for the finance function across Australia and New Zealand. You will have full ownership of the day-to-day finance function, with autonomy across accounting, reporting and financial processes. You’ll also gain valuable commercial exposure across operations, procurement, logistics and project costing, reporting directly to the Executive Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
You'll oversee the full accounting function across ANZ, including:

- Financial, Management, Cost accounting
- Hands on experience in AP/AR functions
- Month-end and year-end reporting
- Job costing, project margin analysis and WIP reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Purchase orders and procure-to-pay processes
- Sales order processing and logistics coordination
- Cashflow reporting, budgets and forecasting
- BAS, GST,



FBT and statutory compliance
- Adhoc duties as required from time to time

About You
You're a hands-on Accountant who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems and is keen to be part of a collaborative team where everyone contributes.

Skills & Experience

- CA or CPA qualification (or recently qualified)
- 3-5+ years' accounting experience
- Cost accounting or project accounting experience
- Strong management accounting capability preferred
- Understanding of financial reporting and compliance
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo advantageous)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset
