McCosker have an prospect for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team based in Gladstone, Queensland.

Full Time - Permanent Position

About the Role:
This position will provide effective, efficient, and quality support to accounts payable processing and related processes.
This will include:
Weekly Vendor payment runs
Manage the AP inbox and process vendor invoice headers
Liaise and manage both AP internal and external stakeholder
Maintain Vendor and AP data
Assist in maintenance of AP forms and policies
Other tasks include Petty cash and credit cards maintenance.
About You:
Qualification/Training in Business Administration
Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable or similar role
Intermediate competency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
Highly effective time management, workload prioritisation, and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
