Little Point is the premium beachfront kiosk at Long Point Brewing Co., serving Twin Peaks Coffee, artisan ice cream in collaboration with Kuld Creamery, fresh pastries, snacks and grab and go favourites from 6:00am daily.
We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader to take ownership of the kiosk and deliver an outstanding experience for our guests.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee the day to day operation of Little Point, leading your team while driving exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the kiosk team
Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures
Prepare rosters and manage labour performance
Oversee ordering, stock control and inventory
Maintain high food safety and presentation standards
Complete cash handling and daily reconciliations




Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to continually improve the business
About You
Previous management experience in a café, kiosk or fast paced hospitality environment
Passionate about coffee, food and customer service
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Hands on approach with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
Current RSA
