We are seeking a proactive, organised and highly motivated Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Sydney Studio. This pivotal role will work closely with our Asia Pacific Leadership team to support our work winning and identify opportunities to enable the continued growth, profile raising and success of the Asia Pacific region across multiple sectors.
Candidates should be, results driven and tenacious, with excellent relationship building skills, both internally and externally. A key responsibility of the role will be to support an increase in our market presence and revenue
This is a unique opportunity to support our longer-term strategic ambitions and our positioning within the industry regionally.

Your key responsibilities will be as below, but not limited to:
Regional business development (BD) strategy, campaigns, initiatives, and research: work alongside the Regional Senior Team to support and coordinate a meaningful strategic plan and initiatives.
Proactively engage with the regional work winning team to encourage and support business development and marketing activities and initiatives.
Regional BD meetings: coordination, support and administration.
Excellent writing skills to draft text for company collateral (brochures, website, socials etc)
Business to Business (B2Bs): Strategic programme and coordination of localand regional B2Bs ensuring research is undertaken in advance and relevant collateral is prepared.
Regional networking events: Research, coordinate and attend networking events. Arrange collateral if needed and ensure follow ups are completed.
Regional Publicity: Pro-actively championing regional project and people stories for publicity opportunities and social media campaigns, to feed through to the central Marketing & Communications team
Customer relationship management (CRM): Updating regional BD information in the company's CRM system (CMAP).
Regional Purcell events: Organisation and management of Purcell planned events. Includes the strategy, coordination and follow ups to the events.
·Collateral support: Work closely with central Marketing & Communications team to develop and ensure regional collateral is up to date and relevant.
Regional Award support: Work closely with central Marketing & Communications team on regional award submissions and strategies.
Support on thought leadership pieces to celebrate and promote our regions projects and people.
Champion the Asia Pacific region within the company.
Person Specification / Profile
Experience in business development and/ or marketing.
Experience with social media and CRM management.
Experience of dealing with people at all levels, both on the telephone, via email and in-person.
Knowledge of the architecture / construction industry.
Able to work independently, proactively on own initiative and prioritise workload.
Maintain standards of accuracy and presentation.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
Clear and quality communication skills both verbal and written.
Co-operative team member.
Enthusiasm for developing skills and knowledge.
Availability for occasional travel between studios.
Positive outlook, professional manner and commitment to the role.
Support website inputs and updates.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar support role.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite to support the preparation of bids/presentations and compiling client reports.
Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional, discreet and confident working with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with a flexible, self-directed approach.
Ability to problem solve.
Commercially minded.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.
