About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Western Australian team, leading the successful delivery of technically challenging civil remediation, environmental and industrial projects.

Working closely with clients, regulators, subcontractors and internal teams, you'll lead projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safe, commercially successful outcomes while building strong relationships with stakeholders across every stage of delivery.
While McMahon Services has extensive capabilities across demolition, this role is primarily focused on civil remediation, contaminated land, environmental works and industrial project delivery, making it an excellent opportunity for Project Managers with backgrounds in remediation, earthworks, environmental contracting, civil infrastructure or brownfield redevelopment.
What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of civil remediation, environmental,



industrial and infrastructure projects.
Develop project methodologies, delivery strategies and construction programs.
Manage project planning, budgeting, forecasting and commercial performance.
Coordinate procurement, subcontractor engagement and contract administration.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, site supervisors and subcontractors.
Ensure WHSEQ compliance and environmental performance across all projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities.
Identify project risks and opportunities while driving continuous improvement.
Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience delivering civil remediation, environmental, industrial, infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
Strong project management capability across planning, commercial management and project delivery.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
Strong understanding of environmental legislation, WHSEQ and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, procurement and contract administration.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
What Will Set You Apart
Experience delivering civil remediation, contaminated land,



earthworks, environmental or heavy civil projects.
Experience working within mining, resources, industrial, defence or government sectors.
Exposure to brownfield redevelopment, environmental rehabilitation or industrial site remediation.
Demolition project experience is advantageous but not essential.
Strong commercial and stakeholder management capability across multidisciplinary projects.
