Additional Information
This role is Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight

As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts.
Shift times start from 9:00am and the latest closing time is 9:30pm.
You have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
About this work area
As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Engage and assist customers to understand their needs and provide expert knowledge about IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
Actively participate in selling activities with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised sales area, ensuring products are priced correctly and fully stocked.
Build strong relationships within your team and across departments to promote collaboration and an inclusive work environment.
Assembling displays for the introduction of new products.
As Sales Co-worker you are:
Passionate about learning and sharing your knowledge of the IKEA range with customers.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment.
Customer-focused and driven to deliver a memorable shopping experience.
Friendly, approachable, and enjoy connecting with people.
An authentic approach in generating sales, whilst maintaining a professional, self-motivated attitude towards meeting sales targets and KPIs.
A 'Togetherness' mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA product range and tools.
A protected mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive movements and lifting.
