A much-loved local on Brisbane's north side, Everton Park Hotel has recently evolved into an exciting, multi-offer destination. The venue features a sprawling Beer Garden, state-of-the-art TAB facilities, a modern gaming room, and refreshed motel-style accommodation — making it a truly diverse and high-energy operation.
As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations across this multifaceted venue. You'll lead from the front, inspire and develop a strong leadership team, and drive exceptional standards across service, compliance, and performance. We're looking for a proven operator with experience in large-capacity venues, a passion for people leadership, and the ability to build and nurture high-performing management teams.
What's on Offer:
Generous Salary $100,000 - $115,000 + Super
Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A

3+ years of Venue Management experience
Proven experience managing a large food and beverage-focused venue
Strong experience working




Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team
Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
P&L; understanding and ability to deep dive into financials to analyze where there is an opportunity to grow your business
Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
Write and control an effective roster
Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area
Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
RLMV, Approved Managers License, Gaming Nominee & CLO are a must
