Are you a qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician or a motivated Apprentice looking to build a rewarding career with a premium company?

The Role
You will be responsible for:
Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Advanced fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
Preventative maintenance and system performance optimisation
Maintaining exceptional safety, compliance, and quality standards
Accurate completion of job reports and documentation
Delivering outstanding customer service and professional representation of the company
You will work alongside experienced technicians while learning:




Installation and commissioning of air conditioning systems
Service and maintenance procedures
Fault finding and repair techniquesIndustry best practices, safety, and compliance requirements
Customer service and professional workplace skills
About You
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
Proven experience working on residential and/or commercial systems
Strong technical knowledge and fault-finding skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently
Current manual driver's licence
A genuine interest in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Driver's licence (preferred)
