The team is small by design, close-knit, and holds itself to a high standard. We're looking for a Senior Boilermaker/Fabricator to step into a key role in our workshop
someone experienced enough to lead by example, set the standard for quality, and bring others up with them as we grow.
For the right person, there's a clear pathway into a Foreman role. What You'll Do Fabricate and finish high-end architectural components in aluminium and stainless steel to exacting standards Execute precision TIG welds
clean, consistent, and something you'd put your name on
Read and interpret shop drawings accurately and contribute meaningfully to the fabrication workflow Lead by example on quality and finish,
and help junior fabricators raise their game Work closely with the business on scheduling, priorities, and workflow as we scale Mentor and support junior fabricators as part of your day-to-day What You Bring Certificate III in Engineering
Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker or equivalent)
Extensive experience in aluminium and stainless steel fabrication Advanced TIG welding ability in both materials, with a finish to match Confidence reading and working from technical drawings The kind of attention to detail that means you catch problems before they happen An eye for quality and a natural tendency to help others get there too A positive, professional attitude and the maturity to take on more responsibility over time You notice where things could work better
and you take ownership to fix it
