The Role
As a Senior Payroll Consultant supporting Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end payroll services to our clients.
Lead payroll validation and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Develop and maintain standardized payroll procedures across diverse employee groups, ensuring consistent data collection, wage calculations, compliance, and reporting.
Support implementation activities, including UAT, parallel runs, and payroll operations during client onboarding and transitions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements by implementing new procedures and effectively communicating changes to stakeholders.
Stay current with legislative and regulatory changes impacting payroll, and provide induction and ad hoc training as needed.
Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high client satisfaction.
The Candidate
SAP is ESSENTIAL
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in high volume full function payroll
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
