Executive Housekeeping Managers
to lead some of our elite teams working across Sydney.

ultra-luxury, 5-star environments
where every detail matters and excellence is the standard. If you've mastered the art of delivering flawless service in properties that redefine opulence — beyond the traditional 5-star experience — we want to hear from you.

Leading your team, your day would simply look like this:
Setting up the key tasks for you and the team
Team briefings to conquer the challenges ahead
Work with the hotel leadership team on short- and long-term quality metrics
Delivery of rooms to the hotel on time for guest arrival
Keep in touch with the team and provide resourcing as required
Administration relating to Health and Safety, billing and rostering
Ensure guests are serviced with a smile

Executive Housekeeping Manager
To be the winner of this trophy we would need you to have:
A strong appetite to build and sustain relationships
A passion to strive for excellence
Time management and efficient work habits
An understanding of annualised budgets
Determination to provide a secure workplace
A no nonsense approach to compliance
A well-presented problem-solving attitude
An ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required
No formal qualifications are required
A depth of experience as an EHKM in high end 5-star hotel will be highly regarded
