The Role |WhatYou'llBring
Trade certificate or equivalent qualification, withexperience in Asset Maintenance
Capable of functioning with a high level of autonomy, andprioritising your work within established policies, guidelinesand procedures
Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, coordinate andcomplete various asset maintenance programs within a team andwork individually with minimal supervision
Demonstrated commitment to a high level of customer serviceand meeting the needs of older people
Demonstrated computer skills with sound knowledge ofMMS/CRM or similar data-based systems
Well-developed communication, problem solving abilities,interpersonal skills
Current NSW drivers licence
