BlueCare in Toowoomba is seeking a Maintenance and Grounds Officer to join our Aged Care Facility. In this permanent full-time role (Mon–Fri), you will balance gardening duties, lawn care, and the upkeep of plant and equipment while supporting a secure and inviting environment for residents and staff.
You will work autonomously at a BlueCare site, with regional and statewide support, and be part of Queensland's largest not-for-profit aged care provider.
