About the role
We are seeking a qualified
Physiotherapist
to join our team at TMJ Clinics in Kogarah, NSW. This is a
part-time position
that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a specialist team in a rewarding clinical environment. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients with TMJ disorders and associated musculoskeletal conditions. This position is integral to our mission of providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our clinic.
What you'll be doing
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed history taking, physical examination, and functional movement analysis
Develop individualised treatment plans based on evidence-based practice and patient-specific goals
Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, postural correction, and functional retraining
Provide patient education regarding self-management strategies, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications




Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as required to optimise outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records
Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals and referring practitioners regarding patient care
Contribute to a team-oriented and supportive clinic environment
Uphold skilled standards of practice and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
What we're looking for
Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Physiotherapist
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practice and rehabilitation principles
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Professional approach to patient confidentiality and data protection
