Positions Available

Key Responsibilities:
Manual handling and washing of used pots, pans and associated cooking utensils so they can be used by chefs in production kitchens.
One area dedicated to pots and pans used in Halal food production a separate pot wash used for soiled non-Halal production.




Detail Cleaning of commercial areas including cold rooms, bench tops, walls, floors and ceilings.
Using colour coding practices and systems to ensure no cross contamination.
High pressure washing of kitchen equipment
Essential Criteria:
Cleaning Experience in various aspects of cleaning or catering Facility (preferred)
Cleaning Experience in various aspects of cleaning.
Knowledge of chemical use and PPE
Understanding of OHS practices
Well-presented and ability to follow safety instructions
Must be able to pass an Australian National Police Clearance
Demonstrate Working Rights in Australia
Good communication skills
