About the job

A hands-on, customer-facing role for someone technically capable and early in their career who wants a real pathway into product and implementation work - no coding required. You'll own how current clients are onboarded onto Amplify, our review-generation platform: understanding their setup, configuring it right, and making sure they're set up to succeed. For the right person, it can open a pathway over time into product, product management, or our tech team.

What you'll do
Run discovery on each client's CRM and marketing stack
Configure Amplify to fit their setup, right the first time
Spot integration and automation opportunities
Run product demos and training where it helps
Partner with Campaign Managers on a clean handoff

Skills & experience




Fast learner who picks up current software unaided
Fluent English, confident with customers day to day
Analytical and accurate - maps a stack, configures it right
Highly organised across a high volume of tasks
Technical or adjacent degree strongly preferred

Nice to have
CRM/marketing familiarity (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
API/integration literacy, no coding required
Customer-facing tech or product experience
