$150,000 – $200,000 + Car + Super
A well-regarded residential builder is seeking an experienced
Site Manager
to deliver high-end luxury residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in quality finishes and enjoys working on architecturally designed homes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‐to‐day site operations from commencement through to completion
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
Drive programme and ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved
Maintain exceptional quality standards in line with architectural specifications
Enforce WHS compliance and uphold solid site safety practices
Liaise closely with clients, architects, and project stakeholders




Proactively identify and resolve site issues
About You
Minimum ***** years' experience in construction
Proven track record delivering luxury residential projects
Strong eye for detail and passion for high-quality finishes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast‐paced environment
Trade background highly regarded
Willingness to work Saturdays as required
