This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Clontarf facility, working Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

About the Role
Reporting directly to management, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day financial administration of the business while supporting our small and highly motivated manufacturing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliations
Payroll processing
BAS preparation and reporting
Month-end financial reportingGeneral ledger maintenance
Cash flow monitoring
Xero administration
Inventory and purchasing support
General office administration
Continuous improvement of business systems and processes
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum 3 years' accounting or bookkeeping experience
Advanced experience using Xero
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding organisational skills
A professional and positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to work independently while supporting a close-knit team
Experience within manufacturing, engineering or industrial businesses will be highly regarded.
