Juan Fifty is a modern Mexican restaurant located in the heart of beautiful Alexandra Headland. We're passionate about genuine hospitality, handcrafted food, premium cocktails and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside our owners, managers and experienced team members, you'll:
Deliver exceptional service from the moment guests arrive until they leave
Create memorable guest experiences that reflect our core values
Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
Manage reservations, functions and guest enquiries
Mentor and support junior team members




Handle guest feedback professionally and confidently
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and workplace safety
Complete opening and closing procedures, stock control, ordering, cash handling and reporting
Assist in the ongoing improvement of our systems, service and team culture
Continue learning about Mexican cuisine, tequila and our products (full training provided)
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has previous experience in hospitality (supervisory experience preferred for leadership roles)
Is honest, humble, respectful and reliable
Brings a positive attitude and lives our "Leave Your Worries at the Door" philosophy
Takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about guests, teammates and the venue
Thrives in a quick-paced hospitality environment
Enjoys coaching and supporting others
Has excellent attention to detail while remaining practical and efficient
Is available to work nights, weekends and some public holidays
Is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with our business
