As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts, strengthening long-term partnerships, contributing to the continued success of the business, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions that add value.
Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and new business development.
Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and service reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations.

About You
Proven experience in Account Management, Key Account Manager, or similar client-facing role.
Solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated success in growing revenue within existing accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
