The Early Childhood Teacher we are looking for will have the following attributes:
Minimum 1 year of employed experience, running and programming for a kindergarten room in Australia .
A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent
As well as current Blue Card, Police Check, First Aid and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
Knowledge of the QKLG, and practical success utilising this framework to document, guide and support children in an early learning setting
A nurturing, open and respectful demeanor, supportingchildren in the early years to feel valued, challenged and celebrated in their attempts at learning
Leadership skills, with an ability to use your knowledge to guide and mentor colleagues.
Innovative ideasfor supporting play based learning, creating inspiring learning spaces, and challenging children to explore, discover and understand the world that surrounds them.

The role offers you support withabove award non-contact time for planning and programming, as well as professional networking and community collaboration opportunities on a monthly basis. We have a constant influx of quality and unique resources. Chance to plan and facilitate excursions. You will be provided ongoing opportunities for focused professional development.
