The Opportunity
This is a full-time office-based position located in
Prestons, NSW
.
Forget spending your day prospecting or knocking on doors.
We provide warm leads every single day through our internal marketing team, allowing you to focus on what you do best selling.
You'll contact qualified homeowners, educate them on the available government incentives, recommend the best solution for their property and close the sale.
Occasionally you'll attend customer appointments on-site when required to complete consultations or inspections.
What You'll Be Doing
Calling warm inbound and marketing-generated leads daily
Consulting homeowners on the best energy solution for their needs
Selling Air Conditioning, Solar, Battery, Heat Pump and EV Charger solutions
Explaining NSW Government rebates including:
BESS Battery Rebates
$15,000 NSW Government Interest-Free Loan
Air Conditioning & Heat Pump rebate programs
Managing your sales pipeline from enquiry through to installation
Following up customers and maximising every opportunity
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Travelling to customer sites when required
Who We're Looking For
We're not looking for average salespeople.
We're looking for sales guns.




People who are hungry, competitive and genuinely love winning.
To be successful you'll have:
Proven success selling
Air Conditioning, Solar, Battery systems or Heat Pumps
Minimum 2 years sales experience within at least one of these industries
Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets
Strong closing ability with confidence handling objections
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High level of self-motivation and accountability
A genuine desire to build a long-term career and earn a significant income
Current Australian Driver Licence
Full Australian working rights
