Family Law Group Solicitors is a Caboolture-based law firm focusing exclusively in the area of family law. We take pride in our organized, skilled approach, and delivering high quality services to our clients.

We have a new chance for a receptionist to join our office team. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday during business hours.

The role will suit an individual looking for a reliable career in a law firm, with opportunities to grow into other back office roles within the team. We are open to applications from candidates with prior reception/office experience, and also from law students seeking to gain experience working in a law firm while they study.

The receptionist role is part of our Legal Support Team, whose duties include:

Assisting with reception such as greeting clients and in-person enquiries

Handling phone enquiries and outbound calls as directed

General office tasks such as scanning, filing, printing,



processing mail, etc

Providing admin support to our director and team of solicitors

Preparation of letters, documents and Court forms

Providing support during Court appearances and mediations

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Confidence in a client-facing role or office environment

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office programs

Fast and accurate typing skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Solid work ethic and a proven history of learning

A professional and friendly nature with clients and other staff

Experience with Smokeball or similar legal management programs is also an advantage but not a requirement as we will provide training to the successful candidate.
