We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist with a warm demeanour to join our friendly, long standing team at Southern Oncology Specialists at St George Private Hospital.
The role is three days/week Mon-Wed. The hourly rate is $42 for experienced administrators with parking provided.
What You'll Do:
Your role would be facilitating clinics for our Medical Oncologists and Haematologists; meet and greet patients with warmth and care. Experience with Genie would be advantageous to arrange appointments, billing, sessional banking and reconciliation, formatting and dispatching of electronic letters, telephone queries, scanning and various ad hoc administrative tasks.
