Truck Driver - Float Driver (HC licence holder)
Due to continued growth, AWDis looking for a suitably
Qualified HC Float Driver
to complement our team here in Prestons. This role will have the person spending most of their day carrying out the loading/unloading and the delivery and pickup of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms, Telehandlers, Forklifts whilst providing support to our customers.
Key areas of responsibility of the role:
Pick and Delivery of equipment
Anchoring and securing of loads
Compliance to the 'chain of responsibility' process
Liaising with internal stakeholders
To be considered for the role, you must be able to clearly demonstrate and communicate your experience and skills in the following areas:
Yellow card and or EWP and Forklift High Risk Licences,preferable but not essential.
Construction white card,preferable




Experience in delivery and pick up at construction sites desirablehowever not necessary as training will be provided.
Above award rate with overtime available.
Safe and clean driving record (RMS printout required)
Must be prepared to undergo a medical and drug and alcohol testing
Able to work flexible hours and reasonable overtime
Minimum 2 years driving experience.
