Moylan Care Group is seeking a dynamic Care Coordinator to join our Oran Park based management team. This part time role (three days per week, 9am–5pm) includes mentoring a team of Support Workers and matching skills to client needs.
Responsibilities include service development, client care plan reviews, relationship management, and after-hours on-call rotations. NSW Working with Children Clearances and NDIS Worker Clearance are preferred, with a focus on allied health or related fields.
