Leading by Example
Our Clinical Nurse Manager remains actively involved in day-to-day clinical nursing, working alongside our veterinarians and nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care.
You'll continue to be involved in surgery, anaesthesia, hospital nursing and medical cases while supporting your team, strengthening clinical standards and helping our nurses continue to grow.

Working closely with our Practice Manager, you'll:

To be successful in this role, you'll also bring:
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
Experience in small animal veterinary nursing.
Confidence across all aspects of general practice nursing, including anaesthesia, surgery, hospital nursing and patient care.
Previous experience in a senior nursing, leadership or mentoring role, or the demonstrated capability and readiness to step into one.




Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
