You will join Young Academics at the Gledswood Hills NSW centre as an Assistant Centre Manager, assisting with daily operations and working closely with the Centre Manager to drive high-quality programs and a secure, engaging learning environment.
You will mentor educators, oversee compliance and reporting, and foster strong partnerships with families and the local community to support children's wellbeing and lifelong love of learning. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6 pm.
