Based in our Coomera office, this is a hands‐on and rewarding role where you'll support young people aged ***** to overcome barriers, build their skills, and create sustainable pathways into education, training, or employment.
As a Youth Coach (TtW), you will:
Build rapport with young people referred through Centrelink, community networks, and other channels.
Assess participant's eligibility for the program.
Manage a caseload through one‐on‐one coaching, group activities, online engagement and referral to specialist providers.
Develop and maintain Education and Employment Plans tailored to each participant's goals, strengths and barriers.
Collaborate with employers, training providers, and community organisations to connect youth with meaningful opportunities.
Engage local employers to identify and promote sustainable job and training placements.
Maintain accurate records and meet contractual requirements in line with Transition to Work (TtW) and DESE guidelines.

You are proactive, personable and passionate about helping young people in their employment journey. You thrive in a fast‐paced, people‐focused environment where every day brings new opportunities to make a difference.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience in case management, employment services, youth work, mentoring, community engagement, or related field
Strong relationship‐building skills and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and communities
Demonstrated problem‐solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach
Understanding of local labour markets and the barriers young people face when seeking employment
High digital literacy, strong attention to detail, and accuracy in record keeping
