Multi Skilled Operators & Civil Labourers - Solar Farm

Nextgen Civil Contracting are pleased to announce we have secured major civil works contracts on multiple private and government projects. We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators and Multi-Skilled Civil Labourers to join our team on a major solar farm project in Bungendore, NSW .

This is an excellent prospect to join a professional civil construction team working on long-term renewable energy infrastructure.

About the Role

You will be involved in:
Trenching for underground electrical infrastructure
Operating excavators in and around live civil works
Laser height and grade control
Installation of conduits and associated civil works
General earthworks and site preparation
Working safely within a productive construction team

Essential Requirements
Previous experience on civil or solar farm projects
Proven trenching experience
Experience working to laser levels and design grades
White Card
Tickets, SOA's




Current driver's Licence
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Operators Must Have
Relevant Excavator VOC or RII (preferred)
Demonstrated experience operating 5-20t excavators
Ability to excavate accurately around services and conduits
GPS machine control experience is an advantage

Labourers Must Have
Civil construction experience
Ability to assist with trenching, conduit installation and reinstatement
Plant tickets (Roller, Skid Steer, Loader, etc.) are highly regarded
