This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, current student, or aspiring project professional to gain practical experience working on diverse scaffolding projects across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
About the Role
As a Project Management Cadet, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers, Supervisors, Estimators, and operational teams to support the successful delivery of scaffolding projects. You will gain hands‐on exposure to project planning, resource coordination, cost management, safety management, client communication, and project administration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with planning and coordinating scaffolding projects.
Support resource allocation and progress tracking.
Attend site visits and project meetings.
Monitor project documentation, reports, and records.
Assist with procurement and subcontractor coordination.
Support compliance with WHS requirements and company safety standards.
Track project costs, variations, and performance metrics.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the division.




About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Studying or recently completed qualifications in:
Project Management
Construction Management
Civil Engineering
Or a related discipline
A strong interest in project management and the construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organisational and time‐management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Bluebeam & AutoCAD is preferred but not essential.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Current driver's licence.
