Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their successful and fast-paced sales team based in Mayfield.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business where you will play a key role in supporting field sales staff while delivering exceptional customer service to clients across a range of industries.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day commercial and customer support while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day customer enquiries and inbound calls
Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
Follow up quotes and assist in converting opportunities to orders
Handle customer complaints, cancellations, and claims professionally




Support Business Development Managers with prospecting and lead generation
Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met

About You
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good computer skills and confidence using IT systems and CRM platforms
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
A mechanical aptitude or interest in technical products will be highly regarded
