Where coastal lifestyle meets community spirit, Bar Beach Bowlo is at the heart of it all. We are seeking a reliable and detailed-orientated part time Office Administrator to support our financial and administrative operations.

This is a hands on role ideal for someone with robust bookkeeping and administration experience and with a practical can do approach.

Key Responsibilities
Safe reconciliation & cash handling processes
Bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
Preparation of weekly payroll and super
End-of-month bank reconciliations, period adjustments and financial reporting
Assisting with BAS preparations and ATO lodgements
Liaising with external accountants & auditors




Assisting with accounts payable & receivable
maintaining accurate financial records & documentation
Supporting compliance and internal control processes

About you
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Sound understanding of reconciliations & financial processes
Familiarity with BAS and payroll
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Proficient in accounting soft wear (Xero, MYOB) & Microsoft Office
have a excellent attitude and enjoy being part of a team
