We're seeking a passionate and experienced
Relief Care Manager
to join our dynamic team. This unique role involves
travel across Care Communities in Melbourne
, providing vital leadership and clinical support where it's needed most. If you thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment and love variety in your work, this is the role for you.
About the Role:
Provide interim leadership and clinical oversight across multiple Care Communities
Travel regularly within the Melbourne region.
Mentor and support local clinical teams to deliver high-quality care
Collaborate with General Managers and regional teams to ensure continuity and excellence
Drive continuous improvement and uphold Aged Care Standards
Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence
