You will enhance participants' job readiness, confidence and employability by leading group and individual sessions, coaching on CVs, interviews and job search strategies, and developing digital literacy.
Reporting to the EST and CTA Program Manager, you'll foster practical learning, track progress and support diverse learners to reach employment goals.
