Company Background
Our client is an Australian aerospace company with facilities across Current South Wales. They are seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Officer to join their team to assist in all-round accounts processes.
The Role
As the Finance Officer, you will step into this part-time role to support account processing procedures, focusing on:
End-to-end accounts payable, from invoice entry through to payment run preparation.
Formatting purchase orders weekly
Daily bank reconciliations
Overseeing accounts receivable when needed
Your Background
To be considered for this Finance Officer role, you will have the following skills and attributes:
Immediately available
Experience with end-to-end accounts payable
Reconciliations experience
Any experience with Xero is highly regarded
Initiative, eager to learn
