PRD Real Estate Dapto is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant / Sales Associate to work directly alongside Cliff McGrath, Dapto's leading agent. This role offers the chance to gain hands‐on experience across all aspects of residential sales while learning from a proven, high‐performing agent.
This position will suit either an experienced real estate sales assistant looking to join a top‐performing team, or a driven individual ready to begin a long‐term career in real estate sales with strong mentorship and training.

The Role
This is a sales‐focused position where your primary responsibility will be assisting with prospecting, buyer management, and supporting the listing and sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
Prospecting for new business including calls, door knocking and database engagement
Assisting with listing presentations and preparing properties for market
Hosting and assisting with open homes and private inspections
Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining strong buyer relationships




Supporting negotiations and the sales process through to settlement
Assisting with marketing preparation and campaign support
This role offers significant exposure to the full sales cycle, providing valuable experience for those looking to build a long‐term career in real estate.
What We're Looking For
Assistant Agent Certificate (essential)
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
High level of motivation and drive to succeedProfessional presentation and positive attitude
Ability to work Saturdays (essential in real estate sales)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Real estate experience preferred but not essential
Most importantly, we're looking for someone hungry to learn, motivated to perform, and committed to building a successful career in real estate.
