As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HRWL Trainer & Assessor to join our Salisbury team.
About the Role
This full-time role is perfect for a passionate trainer who thrives in a hands-on environment and is committed to lifting safety and competency standards across the industry.
You will be responsible for delivering nationally recognised HRWL training and assessment in:
Dogging (DG)
Rigging (all levels based on current licences held)
Forklift (LF)
Boom-Type EWP (WP)
Vehicle Loading Crane (CV)
Slewing Mobile Cranes (C6)
Personnel and Materials Hoist (HP)
You'll work within a supportive team of trainers and assessors to ensure high-quality, compliant, and engaging training experiences for all students.




About You
We're looking for someone who is confident, safety-focused, and committed to helping learners succeed.
You must have:
Current HRWL licences/statements of attainment for the classes you train/assess
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
Strong communication skills and a professional learner-centred approach
Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage training sessions effectively
A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented team culture
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working in an RTO environment is highly regarded.
