We're looking for an all-rounder who enjoys a variety of tasks and is seeking a diverse, hands-on role.
Are you interested in healthcare, technology, administration, or starting a career in optometry or Ophthalmics? We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable person to join our warm, supportive, and professional clinic team.
This is a casual role working 3 days per week, with additional hours available to cover holiday leave. For the right candidate, there is strong potential to progress to a permanent part-time or full-time position.
This role would suit:
Optical Dispensers
AIN or EN
Administration Assistants or Medical Receptionists
Anyone keen to start a career in Ophthalmics
Experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting clinical operations, including patient preparation and use of ophthalmic equipment
Assisting with reception and administrative duties such as appointment scheduling, data entry, and patient records
Accurate entry and management of patient information
Delivering exceptional customer service in a busy clinical workplace
Working confidently both independently and as part of a high-performing team
