At Sydney BMW and Sydney MINI Garage, every car we hand over is someone's next chapter. We're looking for a Used Car Delivery Coordinator who takes pride in getting that moment right every time.
What you'll do
Manage the logistics of receiving and moving used BMWs and MINIs from transport into the dealership
Complete pre-delivery inspections to make sure every vehicle is guest-ready, on time
Prepare vehicles for delivery, including coordinating reconditioning work and body repairs
Work closely with our sales and delivery team to align vehicle readiness with each guest's delivery time
Flag and resolve any issues early, so nothing gets in the way of a smooth handover
What you'll bring




Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Titan DMS experience a plus
Clear, proactive communication
A valid driver's licence
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but a genuine care for getting details right matters more
