We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to work in our busydepot at Darra.

The successful applicant must posses an excellent phone manner and exceptional attention to detailand be able meet high workload volumes.

The successful applicant would need to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a quick paced operations office workplace.





Duties include but not limited to:
meet and greeting customers and visitors
answering all incoming telephone calls
assisting in customer enquiries
track and trace freight
stationery ordering
Be highly accurate and high speed data entry
Provide administrative support to other team members and the Depot Manager

We are looking for someone withan eye for detail, excellent time management skills and a friendly and welcoming attitude.
