Outright Roofing Pty Ltd is a locally owned and growing roofing company based in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie. We specialise in residential and commercial metal roofing and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining a strong safety culture, and supporting our team to develop long-term careers.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Roof Plumber to join our team immediately.

About the Role

This is a full time position working:
Monday to Friday
7:00am - 3:30pm

You will work alongside experienced and qualified roof plumbers, learning all aspects of the trade while completing your apprenticeship.

Your Responsibilities
Assist qualified tradesmen with the installation of residential and commercial metal roofing.
Learn all aspects of roof plumbing, including roofing, wall cladding, gutters, fascia and rainwater systems.
Safely use hand and power tools.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Attend TAFE and complete all apprenticeship requirements.
Maintain a professional attitude on site and represent the company positively.

About You

We're looking for someone who:




Holds a current driver's licence (or is working towards obtaining one).
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Is physically fit and enjoys hands-on work.
Is reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
Is motivated to learn and take direction.
Has good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Wants to build a long-term career in the roofing industry.

Previous construction experience is an advantage but not essential.
