Our client, Australia’s leading Auto Glass Supply company, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their agile team based in Fyshwick.

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers, processing orders and returns, managing invoices, and supporting daily branch operations. You will be essential in maintaining solid customer relationships and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and concerns
Process sales orders, returns, credits, and payments
Prepare and issue invoices; assist with banking




Coordinate deliveries and liaise with freight companies
Support warehouse operations and delivery scheduling
Manage inventory, stock transfers, and office supplies
Report breakages and assist with stocktakes
Perform regular inventory checks
Follow up on outstanding payments (as required)

To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Proven experience in customer service
Robust written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Solid computer skills
Reliable transport (essential)
