About the Role
As a Business Trainee, you’ll join a supportive office environment where learning is part of the everyday workflow. You’ll develop practical administration skills, strengthen your communication abilities, and gain exposure to the systems that keep modern businesses running smoothly. All while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business during paid work hours.
What You’ll Be Doing
Office administration — data entry, filing, preparing documents
Customer interaction — greeting visitors, answering enquiries
Business software — learning scheduling tools, CRM systems, and workflow platforms
Team support — assisting colleagues and contributing to daily operations
