The Role -
Supporting a large and highly experienced team, this opportunity will give a young, inexperienced person a foot in the door of a market leading real estate agency. This chance will allow the successful candidate to undergo a 12 month Woodards apprenticeship and traineeship program with educational and experience outcomes that are designed to prepare you for a career in Real Estate as a property manager.
Your responsibilities will be:
Property inspections with customers and contractors
Property report creation and photography
Administration support
Saturday open inspections
In exchange you will receive support and assistance to obtain an Agent's Representative's License, and training to become a fully functional agent's representative in 12 months.

The successful candidate will be a well organised, fun and supportive person who has:
A reliable car and driver's license
Basic computer skills
An Agent's Representative License (ideal but not required)
