This permanent full time role reports to the Service Desk Team Leader and provides first-level technical support for computer systems, software and hardware across the organisation.
You will diagnose issues, liaise with vendors, and educate users while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role is based from our Group Head Office in Sydney.
