We are a Waste Management company located in Crestmead, Brisbane. Providing sustainable waste management solutions to a range of customers including councils, small businesses, large corporate entities across Southeast Queensland.

$32-$35 per hour plus super + OVERTIME + BONUS
Induction and training provided

Monday to Friday day shift only

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, physically fit (lifting capability>25kgs) experienced MR Truck Driver to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:
Perform loading and unloading of packaged waste
Multi stop collections across Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast
Practice protected and correct manual handling
Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with company regulations
Ensure presentation of vehicle, inside and out is of a high standard
Confirm all service dockets are signed, photos taken and you correctly present all documentation to the client & then to the operations team (daily requirement)

Your skills and experience

We are looking for a well presented, high energy,



hands‑on individual with a clean driving record and excellent time management, attention to detail (completion of job ticket information) & customer service skills.

Candidates must have valid Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.

Must have at least 2yrs experience as a MR Driver and a valid MR Licence – desirable HR truck licence

Must be over 25yrs - due to insurances

MUST BE Physically fit (lifting capability>25kgs)

Be computer savvy, we use an iPad for our job tickets - attention to detail a must.

Be able to demonstrate a positive working knowledge of Gold Coast & Brisbane roads

Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

Robust time management skills and MUST BE reliable

Be committed in achieving high standards of compliance and customer service

Comfortable in a customer-facing role; excellent communication

Knowledge of handling and packaging requirements for Hazardous Packaged Waste and Dangerous Goods - desirable
